U Matasů Restaurant offers a wide range of excellent dishes prepared from the very best fresh ingredients plus an extensive beverage menu featuring an original assortment of Moravian wines especially brought in just for our restaurant. If you need a quick lunch on your noontime break, we’ve got a great lunch menu prepared for you. If you’re planning to take your sweetheart out for a romantic dinner, you’ll certainly enjoy our wide range of short-order meals and special menus, such as our wild game or “Bohemian cuisine” series. The entire family farmhouse complex is registered as a cultural landmark, which also requires the current owners from the Matas family to exercise maximum care and effort to preserve all the site’s beautiful rural architectural features for future generations and for you, our welcome guests. Our traditional Bohemian dishes are made according to old recipes, but with a modern flair. Almost all of the dishes we offer are prepared right in our kitchen, without the use of chemical preservatives, flavour enhancers or other artificial additives. Ingredients come from our time-tested local suppliers who deliver food without any delays or fluctuations in temperature that would damage the food. You won’t find any dishes made using frozen prepared foods on our menu.
